These terms apply to your use of the Thousand Hands website and services, operated by Genhub Inc. Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202334943N), a company registered in Singapore ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Nature of Service
Thousand Hands provides done-for-you setup, integration and operational consulting for business communications. This includes WhatsApp Business API implementation, CRM and spreadsheet workflows, and lead triage.
2. Calculator Estimates Disclaimer
Any figures shown by our website calculators or benchmarks are hypothetical estimates for illustration only. This includes admin hours, labour cost savings, revenue at risk and payback periods. They are not guaranteed commercial returns, and your actual results will depend on your business.
3. Third-Party Platforms (Meta / WhatsApp)
Our messaging services rely on third-party infrastructure, including platforms operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. We help with the technical implementation, but we do not control these platforms, their availability or their policies.
You remain responsible for complying with Meta's Commerce Policy and Business Policy, along with any other terms Meta applies to your account.
4. Scope & Engagement
Initial consultations and recovery roadmaps are non-binding for both parties. Formal implementation work begins only after both parties agree a specific scope of work and payment terms.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
