It covers information you give us through our website, online calculators and contact links, including:

• Company name
• Business phone number or WhatsApp number
• Operational volume estimates, such as weekly inquiry counts and missed leads

2. Purpose of Collection

We collect this information only to:

• Evaluate whether our workflows suit your business
• Send you your recovery plan and calculator results
• Coordinate implementation scoping with you via WhatsApp or email

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Third-Party Processors

We use secure service providers to process and store only the data needed to respond to your inquiry. These include Meta Cloud API (WhatsApp messaging), Google Workspace (email and records) and our website hosting infrastructure.

These providers act on our behalf, and we keep the data only for as long as it is needed for these purposes or required by law.

4. Consent & Withdrawal

By submitting a form or clicking through to our WhatsApp line, you consent to receiving service-related communications from us.

You can withdraw consent at any time by replying "STOP" on WhatsApp, or by emailing [email protected]. Once we receive your request, we will stop contacting you.
